I began this project in December of 2022, just two short months after taking a leap of faith to move to the big city in order to better pursue my art career. What started as a simple doodle of the giant ornaments in front of Radio City Music Hall ended as a series of two characters celebrating the magic of a New York City Christmas, while also giving me an outlet to express the simple joys that I was experiencing during the city at this time and wanted to capture.
